Unfortunately there wasn’t much time today to get a well thought out post, but instead I’d like to share a photo that summed up the feelings in Buffalo this weekend.

The weather is seemingly warming up (despite calls for a snow storm tomorrow), and I am getting more and more excited for the end of winter. While I enjoy cross-country skiing around the neighborhood, I am totally ready for race season to really get underway.

This weekend I sat down and figured out the first few months of spring training. I’ve rebuilt my training schedule in praticular to gear up for the Buffalo Half Marathon (I’ve backed off the full for now, more on that to follow). Its towards the end of May, but now is as good a time as any to get going . . . only 10 weeks out!
