Here at 2 Fat Nerds each Wednesday is a Weigh-In day, where all of the data from the previous week is collected, displayed, and analyzed. If anyone is interested in taking part in weekly tracking, leave a comment!
Major props to all those who are actively submitting their data. I appreciate it! I also a shout out to Mom who is still putting us all to shame!
In order to build your chain each week, submit a minimum of three workouts between Wednesday and Tuesday! If you forget to submit don’t worry! The chain will be reinstated as long as your get your workouts in!
We recommend trying to get at least thirty minutes of activity for each submission, though if you are a little short don’t worry. Getting out there door is all that matters.
